Natural Lift Facial Massage

Indian Head Massage

Using massage and acupressure techniques to relieve tension in the scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back. This treatment can be extended to target specific areas of concern, or to enhance the facial element of the treatment. Chakra balancing can also be incorporated into this treatment.

Reflexology

Reflex points on the feet (or hands) can be linked to every part of the body. By manipulating these points we are able to identify and eliminate any areas of imbalance, allowing energy to flow freely within the body and bring about both physical and mental balance.  Beneficial for many conditions including stress management, digestive complaints, hormonal issues, and plantar fasciitis.  Advanced techniques may be used to identify and bring focus to specific energy pathways and facilitate a healing response. *ask for more details.

Reiki

This 100 year old therapy originated in Japan, and is designed to relieve conditions and promote healing. An energy-based treatment which aims to activated your life force energy, enhancing the flow, removing blockages and bringing about balance in the body, mind and soul.

Tui Na

Tui na (Twee Na) massage stimulates the flow of Qi (our vital energy) to promote balance and harmony within the body using many of the same principles of acupuncture but practitioners use fingers instead of needles to apply pressure to stimulate these points. Kneading, pressing, rolling, shaking, and stretching techniques are used during this treatment and participants remain fully clothed throughout. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Hot Stone Therapy

Heated volcanic stones are used to massage the body. A relaxing and rejuvenating treatment that can aims to melt away stress and tension. Hot stones can provide a deeper treatment for those simply looking to relieve tense muscles. *Upon request, crystal balancing can also be included for an additional £5.

Combination Treatments

Once you have carried out a consultation and received a few treatments, you may choose to create your own bespoke blend of treatments to meet your specific health and wellbeing requirements. Combination treatments (previously known as “the half & half”) start from £45, with prices increasing in accordance with treatment length. To gain the full benefits of some treatments, it is not always possible to squeeze two into a 60 minute slot, you may also opt for 75 or 90 minute slots.
