Inhalations are a brilliant way to access the healing powers of essential oils. Through this method the effects are two fold. As the oils molecules are taken in through the nose, first stimulating the olfactory system (see my previous blog), initiating memory, affecting the hypothalamus and pituitary glands which controls hormonal functions. The essential oil molecules will also travel to the lungs where they have a large surface area by by which to enter the bloodstream.
So what better way to keep bringing Aromatherapy to my lovely customers at the moment than with these great little Aromatherapy Inhalers. These can be tailormade to suit your individual needs but I have made a wee list of the most popular combinations that I have made over the years and a couple of new favourites. Click here to view the list of options. From oils to help you stay alert or get to sleep to those with proven anti-viral and expectorant qualities.
£3 each or 2 for £5 with profits going towards gift boxes for frontline workers.
My Advanced Aromatherapy qualification allows me to make bespoke products for customers that have completed a short consultation form. Over the last few months this has enabled me to provide several of my customers with products that will help keep them feeling pampered and relaxed, until they can start coming for hands on treatments again.
I have loved being able to make bespoke sets for customers that can include both my own products and Weleda goodies.
