Having you started to reassess your priorities and recognise that your health and wellbeing is a precious thing that needs to be tended to on a daily basis? Finding happiness and balance in your life, feeling healthy and energised. These things can’t be bought, they require patience, self-kindness and a little daily care and attention.

Let me support you to get 2021 off to a good start.

Join me and a group of likeminded women as we navigate our individual holistic wellness journeys together. I will take you through my 5 week programme which will enable you to bring more balance to your life and aims to increase your overall health and wellness .

The group will include:

  • A 360 self-care assessment.
  • Nutritional and supplement advice from a qualified nutritionist.
  • A weekly check-in/planning support.
  • Weekly group sessions via Zoom* (Content to be confirmed).
  • Daily affirmations and everyday mindfulness tasks.
  • Access to a social platform that enables you to stay connected and accountable with your goals.

* Novembers sessions included an Qigong session, Body scan, Hypnotherapy and a pamper session.
