Join me and a group of like minded women as we navigate our individual holistic wellness journeys together. I will take you through my 5 week programme which will enable you to bring more balance to your life and aims to increase your overall health and wellness.
The group will include:
- A 360 self-care assessment.
- A self-care workbook to help you on your journey.
- Nutritional and supplement advice from a qualified nutritionist.
- A weekly check-in/planning support.
- Affirmations and everyday mindfulness tasks.
- Access to a social platform that enables you to stay connected and accountable with your goals.
- During our Weekly Wellness Sessions we will be taking part in a variety of activities, including Face Yoga, Qigong and Guided Relaxation.
